Please return your form along with a $10.00 donation for each person honored or memorialized to the church office or place in the offering plate on Sunday.

It only costs $10.00 to purchase an insecticide treated bed net, ship it to Africa and educate a family on how to use it properly.  One bed net will protect a family of four for four years.  When many of these bed nets are used in one locality, it can help stop the spread of Malaria over entire villages.
